Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In their original condition

• Free from pet hair, stains, and damage

• Returned with original tags and packaging

Refunds & Store Credit

Eligible returns may be issued as either a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you may request an eligible return and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Toby Paws Club does not cover return shipping for standard returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
